Success on the job and at home requires organization and methodology just to stay sane. As a productivity guru, BKPM project manager, PMO expert, speaker, husband and dad, I have learned what works and what does not. One of my great joys is bringing what I learn to others to help individuals and organizations succeed. I do so with my trademark enthusiasm, creativity, and humor.
